1: Did Jesus Exist? Is Jesus God? The Historical Reality of Jesus
This presentation lists the established criteria that historians use to determine
whether any ancient manuscript is historical. We apply these criteria to the
New Testament manuscripts and show that they are more historical than any ancient
manuscript, including Aristotle, Julius Caesar, Plato, etc. This undermines
popular cultural view that only blind faith can support belief in Jesus as God,
and others who consider Jesus to be merely a good teacher, a myth, a prophet,
or a good magician. We show that the Historical Jesus really did claim to be
God & teach you how to prove it to others. We also discuss the Liar, Lunatic,
Lord options.
